Carpenter – Residential Renovations

About the Role

19K Design & Contracting is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing renovation team. From kitchens and bathrooms to full home transformations and additions, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work that improves the lives of our clients. No two projects are alike—you’ll be problem-solving, building creatively, and collaborating with a supportive crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks on residential renovation projects, including framing, finishing, and custom details.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Work with project managers and trades to ensure work meets timelines and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to support our commitment to transparency and respect.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry or renovation experience (apprentices welcome to apply).

• Red Seal certification or working toward it considered an asset.

• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, tools, and materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.
