How We Transformed the Space
This Oak Bay ensuite renovation transformed a dated three-piece bathroom into a modern, light-filled four-piece retreat. By extending into unused space and highlighting the large existing window, we were able to add both a spacious soaker tub and a sleek shower. Custom floating cherry shelving, a wall-mounted toilet, and clean contemporary finishes gave the room a refined, spa-like feel.
Scope of Work
The renovation included full demolition of the existing bathroom and adjacent wall, reframing and moving the doorway, and reconfiguring all plumbing to accommodate the new layout. We relocated the tub, shower, vanity, and toilet; installed new flooring, drywall, and paint; added an exhaust fan and modern lighting; updated windows and trim; and finished with a fully tiled shower for durability and style.
