How We Transformed the Space
This Esquimalt condo renovation included a full demo of the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, closets, and trim. We scraped textured ceilings smooth, added modern pot lights, and installed new kitchen cabinets with updated appliances. The bathroom was upgraded with a new tub and tile, vanity with double sinks, and a modern toilet. Fresh flooring, paint, and baseboards throughout brought the entire home up to date.
