How We Transformed the Space
What was once a dark, underused garage in Esquimalt is now a bright and welcoming bedroom. We created new access from the small garage shop space into the home, framed new walls and closet space, and added insulation and drywall for comfort and efficiency. The conversion also included a skylight to bring in natural light, updated lighting fixtures, and new flooring, trim, and paint. To complete the transformation, we replaced the old exterior door with an egress window and repaired the stucco so the exterior blended seamlessly with the rest of the house.
