How We Transformed the Space
This Central Saanich townhouse renovation was a complete 19k Design & Contracting redesign. We created an open-concept living space with a relocated kitchen, large island, and functional workstation for working from home. Custom oak-veneered floating shelves, a new electric fireplace, and updated flooring and paint throughout gave the home a fresh, modern feel. We replaced doors, moved the laundry out of a bedroom to free up space, and added a built-in desk and a custom pull-out shoe closet for clever storage. Outside, we replaced a leaky plastic roof with a new structure featuring a skylight, bringing in natural light. Electrical upgrades were also completed to support the new layout.
