How We Transformed the Space
This North Saanich main floor renovation included removing and reframing interior walls to expand the kitchen, add a new hallway, and create a walk-in closet for the primary bedroom. We updated the entire level with new flooring, doors, drywall, paint, custom cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. A refreshed laundry room with built-in cabinets improved functionality, while a dramatic 24’ curtain door connected the interior to the outdoors. The project was completed with refinished stairs and a handcrafted custom hood fan cover.
