How We Transformed the Space
This North Saanich main-floor renovation involved removing and reframing interior walls to expand the kitchen, add a new hallway, and create a walk-in closet for the primary bedroom. These layout changes helped create a more open, functional living space designed to better suit everyday living. We updated the entire level with new flooring, doors, drywall, and paint, along with custom cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash to bring a fresh, cohesive look to the home. The laundry room was also refreshed with built-in cabinets, improving functionality and providing practical storage. One of the standout features of the renovation is the dramatic 24-foot curtain door, which connects the interior to the outdoors and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Additional details, including refinished stairs and a handcrafted custom hood fan cover, completed the transformation. From the updated layout to the custom finishes, every element contributed to a refreshed main floor that balances functionality, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship.
